SEO-ONEWEB (hereinafter referred to as "SEO-ONEWEB") distributes the Websolutions All Access system in the United States in accordance with these Terms of Service, and entrusts SEO-ONEWEB (https://www.seo-oneweb.com/) to provide website building and hosting services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By using the Service, you indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to all the contents of these Terms of Service.

You have acknowledged that using this website's system to build your website will result in limitations on certain aspects, such as "text," "layout," and "system default functions," which cannot be finely adjusted, modified, or made to the same specifications as other systems. These separately announced terms of service or related regulations (including but not limited to the SEO-ONEWEB Logistics Integration Terms, Membership Liability Guidelines, Anti-Spam Policy, etc.) are also incorporated into these Terms of Service.
4. SEO-ONEWEB reserves the right to modify or change the contents of these Terms of Service, and we recommend that you pay attention to such modifications or changes at any time. Your continued use of this service after any modification or change constitutes your acceptance of such modification or change. If you do not agree to the contents of these Terms of Service, or if your country or region excludes all or part of the contents of these Terms of Service, you should immediately stop using this service. System payment
1. By confirming the quotation, you acknowledge that you understand the services offered and agree to pay all associated costs.
2. SEO-ONEWEB may require you to provide a credit card number issued by an authorized card issuer to activate your service and pay any related fees. SEO-ONEWEB will charge usage fees and other charges from the account or credit card account you provide. By authorizing SEO-ONEWEB to charge your account fees via credit card, you authorize SEO-ONEWEB to automatically and continuously deduct all account-related fees from that card.
3. You have acknowledged and agreed to the system services provided by SEO-ONEWEB, and you have fully understood the content of this service before making payment. Therefore, all fees you pay for this service are non-refundable.
Obligations and Terms of Use of this Service
If you use this service to open and operate your online store, you agree to abide by the following terms:
1. You must sell goods or services to consumers in your own name and pay the usage fee for this service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or other relevant agreements.
2. You must inform consumers on your store's homepage and related ordering and checkout pages that the goods and services they purchase are from you, and display your name, address, customer service contact number, and email address on your store's webpage for consumers to contact. You agree that SEO-ONEWEB may state on appropriate pages that the relevant system services are provided by SEO-ONEWEB.
3. You acknowledge and agree that SEO-ONEWEB is merely a website system reseller and not the seller of your website's goods or services. SEO-ONEWEB will not intervene in your business operations or the sales relationships between consumers. You understand that you are responsible for all liabilities and obligations arising from order cancellations, shipments, returns, exchanges, repairs, after-sales service, and warranties related to operating your store and selling goods. All transactions between you and consumers through the system platform built with SEO-ONEWEB's assistance are transfers or deliveries between you and the consumers. SEO-ONEWEB bears no responsibility for any consumer disputes or claims against you or other third parties arising from these transactions, and you must ensure that SEO-ONEWEB is not harmed as a result.
4. You, the customer, understand and agree that the SEO-ONEWEB platform provides various other third-party payment and logistics system services. However, when you choose to apply for services from a third-party payment provider, there is no entrustment relationship between you and SEO-ONEWEB regarding platform transaction payment collection or goods delivery. You must sign contracts with the third-party payment and logistics companies yourself and handle platform system integration, transaction payments, and related derivative issues. All accounts receivable and rights and obligations arising from platform transactions and goods sales are the responsibility of both you and the third-party vendors, including but not limited to the issuance of sales vouchers, the cancellation of vouchers or discount slips due to order changes/cancellations, etc. You should carefully review the relevant contracts of other third-party payment and logistics system service providers (details are listed in the system backend).
5. Regarding the goods you sell and the services you provide in your store, you agree to comply with the following regulations:

5. Intellectual Property Rights: You shall ensure that the products sold and promoted on the SEO-ONEWEB system platform, as well as the trademarks, descriptions, specifications, functions, images, related instructions, and product details published thereon, are protected by copyright.
All information, including the system data, does not infringe upon the copyrights, patents, trademarks, intellectual property rights, or other rights of others, nor does it violate any laws. You are responsible for handling any disputes arising from the above matters.
We will handle all matters related to your livelihood, understand that you bear all responsibilities, and guarantee that SEO-ONEWEB will not suffer any harm as a result.
6. Ownership of Goods: You, the customer, shall guarantee that the ownership of the goods listed and sold in the store belongs to you, and you must be the seller of the goods.
2. After-sales service: You agree to provide after-sales service to consumers who purchase goods from the online store in accordance with the Civil Code, Consumer Protection Act, Food Safety and Sanitation Management Act, Fair Trade Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.

You should handle any consumer disputes or controversies promptly. If SEO-ONEWEB is subject to administrative penalties or any requests, lawsuits, or other legal action by a third party due to your failure to properly handle consumer disputes or controversies, please take appropriate action.
When a complaint is filed by an administrative agency, you should provide the necessary explanations and assistance as required by SEO-ONEWEB, and immediately take action to handle and resolve the matter. You should ensure that SEO-ONEWEB will not suffer any damage as a result.
2. You may use the systems and functions provided by the SEO-ONEWEB platform during the period of your selected or purchased plan. Within ten days of the termination or expiration of the usage period, you should return any unused services.

Special Warning Regarding Compliance with International Use and Import/Export Regulations
Given the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local laws and regulations concerning online conduct and acceptable member content. The use of this Service and the software, technology, and other technical materials transferred, published, and uploaded through this Service may be subject to import/export laws of the United States and other countries. You agree that SEO-ONEWEB may, in its sole discretion, terminate or restrict your use of your account (or any part thereof) or the use of the Service for any reason, including but not limited to non-use for a certain period, court or government order, inability to continue the Service or substantial change in the content of the Service, unforeseen technical or security factors or problems, fraudulent or illegal activities on your part, failure to pay fees as agreed, or any other reason that SEO-ONEWEB believes you have violated the express provisions of these Terms of Service, and remove and delete any "Member Content" within the Service.
2. You also agree that SEO-ONEWEB may, at its sole discretion, terminate or restrict your use of the Service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. You acknowledge and agree that SEO-ONEWEB may immediately close, delete, or restrict access to your account and all or part of the related information and files in your account, and terminate all or part of your use of the Service.
3. Furthermore, you agree that SEO-ONEWEB shall not be liable to you or any third party if your use of this service is terminated or restricted.
General terms and jurisdiction

3. SEO-ONEWEB's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Service is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties agree that the court shall endeavor to bring into effect the true intent expressed by the parties in the preceding provision, and that the other provisions of these Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect.
4. You agree that your SEO-ONEWEB account and the system services you have paid for are non-transferable, and any rights to your SEO-ONEWEB account or its contents will terminate immediately upon account cancellation. Your account will be terminated, and all its content will be permanently deleted.
5. To maintain the integrity of our services, your and your customers' membership information may be processed and used by SEO-ONEWEB within the scope of legal regulations.
SEO-ONEWEB reserves the right to the final interpretation and revision of this agreement.
